GREAT START FOR 4th 2000

reigning champions Great Linford are now looking for players to represent the club in the MKTTL Summer league due to commemence in late May.

GT LINFORD HOPES TO RETAIN THE TITLE GLTTC 1st 2000 lost 7-3 yestderday. The team of Thai and Simon lost the match with Thai picking up 2 points and winning one in the doubles. Whilst GLTTC 3rd 2000 lost 6-4. The team of Ross and 8 year old Adam Thomas going down. Whlist GLTTC 4th 2000 have built on their great summer league campagin with a 9-1 win over Vic Sutton and Nick Markham. The team of Thai and Derrick just losing one doubles. The 4th 2000 team are averaging 8 points a game and look likley to win the 2002 MKTTL Summer League. Contributions from Dave Westley, Nick and Thai have to be commended. All 3 has contributed heavily to the success of the team.
Summer league starts on 4th of June for our 2000's teams, with 2nd and 4th playing at 7.00 whilst the 1st team playing on the 8.30pm slot.
